52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks 2025: Week 52 (MEMORABLE)
After 7 memorable years of following Amy Johnson Crow's 52 Ancestors in 52 Week I will not be siging up for 2026.
I had begun this blog in 2012 with the idea of writing about my research, findings, and family.
From 2012 to 2018 I only wrote 4 blogs, but that all changed in 2019 when I signed up for the 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks Challenge.
That first year I honestly didn't think I would follow through on writing weekly.
It was in discovering who my audience was that writing became easy.
1st - me
Creating tangible evidence of what I spend my time & our money on along with an easy to find place to share our Bramble Bush genealogical finds.
2nd - my children
They have never been interested in my genealogy stories, but someday when I can no longer tell them the stories they may be interested in hearing them in my voice.
3rd - a future me
Someone who is searching for where they fit in their own genealogical story, and find their people in my stories.
With this in mind - I hope the 368 stories I have left behind will be found by those seeking my stories or my voice.
This is me -
Thank you for joining me for my stories over the past 7 years!!!
This is why I search -
Cause ...
You can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family you know!
